Disturbances  of  microcirculation of gastric mucus in patients with chronic gastric erosions and biliary tract disease

Article dwells on comparison data about disturbances of microcirculation in the antral part of the stomach and gastric body in the three groups of patients: with gastric erosions and biliary tract diseases, duodenal ulcer disease, chronic gastritis. It is shown, that patients with gastric erosions and biliary tract diseases are characterized by bigger disturbances of microhemocirculation in the stomach body by indexes – stase in venules, cappilares, thrombosis in venules, cappilares, edema of the walls of microvessels and perivascular structures; thickened walls of the vessels, fibros changes of the mucuse membrane in the antral part of the stomach.
