Education and experience
Groyshov studied at the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy and the National Academy of Postgraduate Education. P.L. Shupyk.
I always wanted to do clinical work, so after serving in the military (regimental doctor, senior resident of the hospital platoon OMedB Desna), in 1999 I was appointed resident of the hematology department of the Main Military Clinical Hospital . In 2012, I headed this unit, which at that time became a hematology clinic (with intensive care units) of the National Military Medical Clinical Center "GVKG".
I - Colonel of the Medical Service in reserve. ATO participant as the head of the hospital department of the mobile hospital and the ATO Leading Therapist. Doctor of the UN peacekeeping mission in Liberia, 2006. Participated in Medceur international exercises in NATO countries in 2008 and 2010
Professional interests
My area of professional interests is hematology and oncohematology, in particular high-dose and "targeted" therapy of hemoblastosis. My dream is to introduce bone marrow transplantation in Ukraine as a routine procedure.
The best training
In my opinion, the best training is at the patient's bedside and during the introduction of modern international medical knowledge. Thanks to Igor Zakharovich Politov, the first head of the hematology department, who examined me and prepared me as a doctor, and Professor Svitlana Anatoliyivna Guseva, as a research supervisor, who taught me to implement modern methods and knowledge in everyday practice.
Why medicine?
As a child, I wanted to become a professional athlete, but the choice of profession was influenced by my grandfather Petrusha Ivan Trokhimovich. A peasant from the village of Smolizh, Chernihiv province, who graduated from the Kronstadt Medical School and served as a naval doctor for two wars in the Baltic and Northern Fleets, was a doctor on the famous submarine "K-21".
So I joined the Military Medical. Academy. S.M. Kirov (St. Petersburg), and later studied at the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy and the National Academy of Postgraduate Education. P.L. Шупика.
Publications
I have more than 30 publications and reports at specialized conferences, including international ones. Co-author of 2 monographs, 4 patents. I have teaching experience as an assistant at the Department of Therapy NMAPE.
