- The main direction of professional activity is the diagnosis and treatment of corneal pathology (hereditary, congenital corneal dystrophy, keratoconus, newly formed cornea, etc.), lens pathology, glaucoma, vascular diseases of eye structures (of various etiologies)
- Treatment of congenital defects of the organ of vision in children and complex cases of acquired eye diseases, including traumatic damage to the organ of vision, including treatment of combat eye injuries in servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and civilians (from February 24, 2022)
- Correction of vision in case of impaired visual acuity
- Restoration of vision in children
- Treatment of eye diseases etiologically related to diseases of other organs and systems (neurological, endocrinological and neurological diseases, etc.).

I, as an ophthalmic surgeon, must do everything in my power to return the patient's God-given gift of seeing this world with his own eyes."
In addition to consulting patients and inspiring work in the operating room, Mykhailo Hryhorovych attends specialized ophthalmological scientific and practical events, shares his experience and knowledge with colleagues during speeches at medical conferences, including international ones, and also teaches at O.O. Bogomolets of ophthalmology students and young doctors - for the sake of Ukrainians having access to highly professional ophthalmic care both now and in the future.
