Mizina Natalia Pavlivna

She received her higher education and the title of doctor at the Kyiv Medical Institute named after Acad. O.O. Bogomoletsa's profession is healing.

      She worked as a cardiologist in the cardiology department of the hospital for scientists

  Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, where she first became interested in the electrophysiological basis of heart rhythm disorders. She underwent improvement in the diagnosis and treatment of complex heart rhythm disorders at the Center for Surgical Treatment of Arrhythmias of Academician Bredikis (Kaunas, Lithuania).

      She gained essential knowledge and improved diagnostic skills in the field of cardiology while working in the intensive care and intensive care department of the Institute of Cardiology named after Acad. M.D. Strazheska, where the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction was combined with scientific research on the study of ventricular tachyarrhythmias, which is a predictor of sudden cardiac death. It was there that she mastered the basic methods of examining the heart - echocardiography, electrophysiological studies, daily ECG monitoring using the Holter method, etc. As a result of this work, she defended her thesis and received a candidate of medical sciences degree in cardiology.

      With the appearance in Ukraine of modern ultrasound devices with the possibility of duplex and triplex scanning of vessels, she decided to master the technique of examining the vessels of the head and neck, main arteries, deep and superficial veins of the limbs with an assessment of the main characteristics of blood flow, the peculiarities of its deviations in various pathological conditions.

      She gained invaluable experience by working for more than 12 years in a multidisciplinary private clinic in a 24-hour emergency care setting, where she examined patients with cerebrovascular disease with acute cerebrovascular disorders, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, and various degrees of atherosclerotic lesions of the main arteries.

      I am constantly improving my knowledge and skills, studying English-language medical literature, getting to know new achievements of leading Ukrainian medical centers and institutions.

      Regarding the profession of a doctor, for all 37 years of her work, she has never regretted her choice. Every day, going to the clinic, I anticipate a meeting with a new and extremely interesting medical fact.

      In the multidisciplinary universal clinic "Oberig", I have the opportunity to improve my knowledge, comparing the results of my own research with the results of examinations using other modern methods - MRI, MSCT, discussing new unusual clinical cases among qualified and experienced colleagues.
