Вищу медичну освіту я здобув в Донецькому державному медичному інституті у 1993 році. Інтернатуру проходив по спеціальності "дитяча неврологія" в обласній дитячій клінічній лікарні м. Донецьк.
З 1995 р. був прийнятий на роботу на кафедру на посаду асистента-стажера, а у 1997 році був обраний на цю посаду за конкурсом. В 2002 році завершив роботу над кандидатською дисертацією присвяченій тривалій відсутності свідомості у дітей внаслідок нетравматичних ушкоджень мозку.
З лютого 2010 р. працював на посаді доцента кафедри дитячої та загальної неврології інституту післядипломної освіти Донецького національного медичного університету. Протягом всього цього періоду очолював лабораторію нейрофізіологічної діагностики Донецького обласного дитячого клінічного центру нейрореабілітації.
Проходив стажування по дитячій неврології та електроенцефалографії в НДІ педіатрії та дитячої хірургії, тренінги з належної клінічної практики. Неодноразово приймав участь у фахових наукових конференціях, семінарах, симпозіумах.
My main professional interest is in the study of diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy and non-epileptic paroxysmal conditions, headache in children. I consider the main medical rule to be "Primumnonnocere!", which translated from Latin means "First of all, do no harm!" That is why in my work I adhere to the principle of justified reasonable minimalism in the appointment of examinations and treatment.
To date, I have 103 published scientific works, I am the co-author of 2 monographs and 6 methodological recommendations with the seal of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the unified clinical protocol of medical care "Epilepsy in children" and 3 invention patents, including the only manual in Ukraine on clinical electroencephalography in children.
I always liked the medical profession, and immediately after school I entered a medical university, making my dream come true. Neurology, as one of the most challenging specialties, attracted me to the opportunity to use my analytical potential and love of people for the maximum benefit of patients. Treating difficult cases, seeing happy smiles of children and parents, being part of a large medical community - this inspires me. I work with pleasure and am constantly improving.
