EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Higher education: "Medical business" National Medical University named after O.O. Bogomolets (2016–2022).

Internship: "Anesthesiology and Intensive Care" Institute of Postgraduate Education of NMU named after O.O. Bogomolets (2022–2025 years).

Work experience: Laboratory technician of the Department of Surgery, Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy of the O.O.

PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS

My professional interests focus on the management of patients in critical conditions, including shock and multiple organ dysfunction, using modern approaches to hemodynamic monitoring, including POCUS and echocardiography. I pay considerable attention to ultrasound technologies in anesthesiology and intensive care, especially in the context of regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided catheterization. I am interested in protective ventilation strategies and methods of management of severe respiratory failure, as well as modern principles of hemostasis and algorithms for managing massive bleeding. A separate area of my activity is the perioperative management of patients with high anesthetic risk and complex comorbidity. I am particularly interested in the intensive care of acute and chronic liver and kidney failure, including postoperative care and monitoring of patients after liver and kidney transplantation.

WHY MEDICINE

I chose medicine because I want to help people in the most important and most difficult moments of their lives. The beginning of the war made this especially urgent and emphasized the need for specialists who can act quickly and responsibly. Anesthesiology and intensive care attracted me because of the combination of high precision, responsibility and the possibility of actually saving lives. Here, every decision matters — and this is what motivates me to develop and become better in my profession.
