Video ileocolonoscopy in NBI and high magnification modes is effective in detecting superficial colorectal neoplasia (SCN). PKN were found in 76% of patients (95% CI 70-82%), the detection index was 2.84. There is no dependence on the sex of patients in the number of cases of PKN (p = 0.9; c2 = 0.02). The number of detected PKN in one patient in the group of men is greater than in one patient in the group of women (p <0,00001; c2 = 22,9). PKN are often localized in the left half of the colon 76% (p <0,00001; c2 = 282,8). Further studies on the age distribution of PKN, comparison of endoscopic and morphological type of PKN are needed.
