Dmytro Slosser, a plastic surgeon at the Oberig Clinic, is the only one in Ukraine to own the Nagata technique. This is a reconstruction of the auricle from the patient's own rib, which gives the most aesthetic result. The surgeon, like a sculptor, cuts an exact copy of a healthy ear from cartilage.
