Optimization of eradication therapy

The effectiveness of eradication with standard triple therapy remains low and is 48.8-62.2%. The addition of VTD (De Nola) to standard triple therapy significantly increases its effectiveness. The increase in eradication is 21.5%. When using standard triple therapy with the addition of VTD (De-Nol) there is a significant positive dynamics of the inflammatory process in the gastric mucosa.
