Professional interests

Professional Interests and Specialization

My professional activity focuses on the systemic treatment of malignant tumors using modern international protocols (NCCN, ESMO, ASCO). In my practice, I am guided by the principles of evidence-based medicine, selecting personalized therapy tactics for each patient depending on the molecular-genetic profile of the tumor and the stage of the disease.

Key areas of my clinical practice include:

  • Chemotherapy: Administering neoadjuvant (pre-operative), adjuvant (post-operative), and palliative treatment courses of any complexity.

  • Targeted therapy: Utilizing drugs that block cancer cell growth at the molecular level (monoclonal antibodies, kinase inhibitors).

  • Immunotherapy: Using checkpoint inhibitors to activate the patient's own immune system to fight the tumor.

  • Supportive care: Management of side effects, pain relief, and support for the patient's quality of life at all stages of therapy.

I specialize in the medical treatment of a wide spectrum of oncological diseases, including:

  • Respiratory tumors: Non-small cell and small cell lung cancer.

  • Gastrointestinal oncology: Gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma.

  • Gynecologic oncology: Ovarian, cervical, and endometrial (uterine) cancer.

  • Urologic tumors: Kidney, bladder, and prostate cancer.

  • Skin tumors: Melanoma, basal cell carcinoma.

Area of Advanced Professional Interest: Breast Cancer

I pay special attention in my practice to the treatment of breast cancer of various subtypes (Luminal, HER2-positive, Triple-negative breast cancer). My goal is not just to prescribe medications, but to develop a strategy that may include a combination of hormone therapy, targeted therapy (anti-HER2, CDK4/6 inhibitors), and immunotherapy. I continuously improve my knowledge in this field by attending specialized conferences and studying new opportunities to preserve women's quality of life during long-term treatment.

Why medicine?

My dream of becoming a doctor was born when I was just four years old; after my first visit to the dentist, I told my parents that I would pursue a career in medicine. To ensure I was making the right choice, in 2006 I enrolled in the Vovchansk Medical College, specializing in Nursing. After graduating with honors in 2010, I was convinced that medicine truly lived in my heart, and I continued my journey. My life motto is: "Do your job well, or do not do it at all".
