Education and experience
She graduated from the Kyiv Medical Institute in 1986. Since then she has started working at the Kyiv Children's Clinical Hospital №2. She began her career as a pediatrician. Then she studied in graduate school at the National Medical University at the Department of Pediatrics №2, where she began to study allergology. My research topic was related to the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children, the rehabilitation of such children in salt caves. Since 1999 she has been working in the allergy department of the 2nd Children's Hospital.
To improve her professional level, she participated in conferences on pediatric allergology and pulmonology, in particular in the EAACI congresses. (European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology). She studied at the Ukrainian School of Molecular Allergology. In my opinion, this direction is a new era in allergology.
Professional interests
- diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis perennial and seasonal, atopic dermatitis;
- identification of causes of food allergies and the possibility of their elimination;
- treatment allergies to animals;
- allergen-specific immune therapy as the most important aspect of allergy treatment.
The best training
Experience in the inpatient department of the clinic has become indispensable for me: every day I decided on the diagnosis, treatment and further rehabilitation of children with various allergic diseases - asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis. Working with children, I realized my responsibility for my little patients, sympathized with them and was sincerely happy when they recovered.
Why medicine?
I came from a family of doctors, I wanted to help people since childhood.
