Sleep disorders are common in neurological diseases and are associated with worsening conditions. health and quality of life, increased risk of injury and premature death. Sleep disorders in stroke patients include sleep-disordered breathing, insomnia, hypersomnia, and movement disorders. In recent years, great progress has been made in studying the causes and mechanisms of sleep disorders, but the main treatment approaches for obstructive sleep apnea are still devices that provide constant positive airway pressure, and insomnia - a combination of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and medication.
