There are more people in the grocery store, but you can control the risk much better: before touching the products, you put on a mask and disinfect your hands. When you return home, wash your hands again. If you do it carefully and do not touch the face - the chance of getting the virus is quite low.
Even in a half-full restaurant you are more prone to contact with others - for example, more people may touch your plates and they can breathe on you. However, if you take all precautions, the risk is still low, but not as low as grocery stores.
There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be transmitted through food, whether hot or cold. If someone infected sneezes on your food, it can infect you. But if you eat in places where all the rules are followed, this should not happen. So feel free to eat a salad.
These services are quite risky during a pandemic. However, if you and the people around you are wearing masks during the procedure, the risk of infection is reduced.
There are a lot of people in gyms who have difficulty breathing. And this is a respiratory virus - it spreads through droplets in the air. So there are a lot of things to consider. In particular, how far you can be from other people, how hard you will breathe and how well ventilated the room is provided. Yoga can be relatively safe (there is no difficulty in breathing), zumba is more risky (you have difficulty breathing in a room where there are others).
If you can be fresh air is the best.
It's not that you can't get infected outdoors. If you are on the open porch of a bar and someone is talking to you in person, it can spread the virus. It's not as risky as talking inside a bar, but it's still worse than, say, a walk of 2 meters.
If you're outdoors, the air changes the trajectory of particles from another person's face to you, ie fewer drops fall on your face. There is also more space on the street to distance yourself.
The natural question is how socially active they are. Do they go to work? Do their children interact with other children? Do they go to bars or go to the gym? It would be best to come with your own food and sit in the yard at a distance.
If you can keep your distance and the room is well ventilated, it should be safe enough. And if you all wear masks - even better. Remember: everyone takes risks when spending time with others.
Are there places I should avoid?
Bari. As well as concerts and other indoor events.
