Психологічну освіту я отримала в Ніжинському державному університеті. Додаткову, у вигляді тематичного удосконалення, здобула в Національній медичній академії післядипломної освіти ім. Шупика П.Л.
Навчалася в Оксфордському центрі когнітивно-поведінкової терапії, методи якої є найбільш дослідженими і вважаються ефективними у роботі з депресіями, тривожними розладами, в тому числі панічними атаками, ОКР, соціальними фобіями.
Пройшла трирічний курс навчання у спільному з Федерацією Європейських Психодраматичних тренінгових організацій проекті «Психодрама та рольові ігри в індивідуальній та груповій терапії».
Регулярно беру участь в навчальних проектах, в професійних конференціях, періодично публікую статті у тематичних виданнях.
Важливою складовою підтримки свого професійного рівня вважаю участь в інтервізійних групах та отримання супервізії у більш досвідчених колег.
In the field of psychology, I am most attracted to the study of the biological preconditions of the psychological characteristics of man, which is why I chose to work as a psychologist in medicine. It is not surprising that the diversity of individuals gives rise to a combination of different psychological, social and biological factors. Awareness in this area is the reason why in my work I rely primarily on a biopsychosocial approach to understanding the model of health and disease.
Maybe because my family members were doctors, as a child I dreamed of becoming a doctor. When I was a little older, I decided to get a degree in psychology. In fact, both dreams came true: I became a psychologist and have been working in medicine for over 20 years.
The best training for me was an internship at the Republican Psychoneurological Counseling Center, where together with highly qualified specialists I participated in the diagnosis of patients with different nosologies and different degrees of severity of the disease. There I had the opportunity to learn all the intricacies of differential diagnosis from Irina Nikolaevna Tykholaz, pathopsychologist, specialist with many years of experience in psychiatry, including under the guidance of Bleicher VM, one of the founders of the center. It was in collaboration with my colleague, whom I consider my teacher, that the confidence in the correctness of my choice came, and my professional development took place.
