Videocystoscopy

Endoscopic examination of the bladder with a cystoscope (performed in a urological chair) to assess the condition of the bladder mucosa (detection of disorders) (if necessary - with a biopsy).

Preparation: the bladder should be emptied before examination and 2-4 hours before the examination take fosfomycin (Monural) 3 g, pre-dissolving the drug in half a glass of water (to prevent inflammatory and bacterial complications).
