About the Center

The center unites specialists-gastroenterologists, endoscopists, morphologists, ultrasound diagnostics doctors, radiologists, psychiatrists, infectious disease specialists. And also, if necessary, liver surgeons and transplantologists are involved in the treatment process.
The Center's work is based on protocols that are created and updated monthly, based on modern scientific data and European, American treatment guidelines.
Doctors combine daily practice with scientific and continuous training, including abroad. They are recognized experts outside the country. Our colleagues from all over the country come to hear about the latest achievements in the field of gastroenterology, implemented in our project "Gastroenterology".
The gastrocenter is equipped with all the necessary diagnostic equipment for gastroscopy, MRI, ultrasound, CT.
There are miniature and powerful endoscopes from Karl Storz, the world market leader.
To the name of the Gastrocenter, you can safely add the name of the Hepatological Center. We carry out modern diagnostics and treatment of all liver diseases: hepatitis and cirrhosis. All modern methods are used in the diagnosis of hepatitis of various genesis, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), alcoholic liver disease (ACD): ultrasound with elastography (2D shear-wave elastography (2D-SWE) and acoustic radiation force impulse imaging (ARFI), MRI on the best Siemens 1.5 and 3 Tesla devices (the only one in Ukraine), MRCP-cholangiopancreatography, all modern laboratory diagnostic methods, liver biopsy under imaging.
